Adams Health Network officials have announced a special groundbreaking ceremony for The Cottages at Adams Woodcrest. The ceremony will take place on Monday, August 14th at 10:30am on the Adams Woodcrest Campus, 1300 Mercer Ave. (Woodcrest Main Entrance…Cottage Lot #1).
Cottage amenities will include ranch -style floor plan, an open living space, full kitchens, washer/dryer, fireplace, back porch, attached 2-car garage, 2 bedroom/2 bath, state of the art emergency call systems, and a new clubhouse on the Woodcrest campus. Plans for the clubhouse will include many resident activities as well as community and family events. The cottages will be crafted to offer residents a stress-free and self-reliant way of life with no maintenance, allowing time for things that bring joy.
Community members are invited to attend and help us celebrate this milestone for Decatur and the surrounding area. The American Legion, Post 43 color guard will be in attendance to help celebrate the groundbreaking. As noted above, the ceremony is Monday, August 14th at 10:30am and will last approximately 30-45 minutes.
