Beyond our beautiful facility, Adams Woodcrest has a mission: to serve with compassion and excellence. To achieve that goal, we pay particular attention to what our residents need most: an opportunity to regain their independence. It’s why we have a nurse practitioner on-site and a physician on-call 24/7. It’s why our rehabilitation therapists are employed by our network, not contracted. And why they are on-site six days a week as needed. It’s why our quality of care consistently outperforms the competition in outcome scores.
Adams offers Medicare, Medicaid and managed care certified rooms. Our caregivers focus on providing person-centered care for our residents. This superior level of service is always a part of your life at Adams Woodcrest…Welcome to a life well lived.

Welcome to a life well lived. At Adams Woodcrest, our dedicated staff of nurses, professionals and volunteers care for each resident as if you are family. We adapt our nursing care to each person’s unique situation to ensure that you can live your life to the fullest.
Our quality of care can make a difference in your recovery. Whether you need long-term care or short-term rehabilitation, we are proud to have earned a prestigious four-star quality rating for our post-acute skilled nursing care from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Activities & Events For You
The campus center is the activity hub for all Adams Woodcrest residents. Crafts, exercise and recreational programs are held in the lower-level activity rooms. Easily accessible by elevator, these regularly scheduled happenings are an important part of each resident’s day.
Educational, entertaining and inspirational activities and events are provided frequently in the beautiful Porter Auditorium. Down the hall is the “Mini-Mall” containing a beauty/barber shop, bistro and library. It’s not unusual to see a group of residents playing euchre at the tables lining the Mini-Mall. Daily meals are served in the attractively decorated dining room, which seats more than 100 people. A small dining room is available for private occasions. The administrative offices, conference rooms and additional resident storage space is also part of the campus center complex.
Heating and cooling of the campus center is provided by a high efficiency geothermal system which is connected to a pond on the property. It’s the most efficient heating and cooling system available and helps us control energy costs. An enclosed walkway leads from the campus center to the independent living apartments.
